• Lessons combine European, Japanese, and American musical methods and are adapted to suit each student.
• Each lesson includes instrumental playing, music theory, sight-reading, ear training, music appreciation and piano technique.
• Students are encouraged to perform two times a year on a Grand Piano and in front of an audience of family, friends and peers.

• Group keyboard and piano lessons include listening  to music, singing, reading and playing with others while developing musical thinking and love of music. 
• Groups are paired by age, level, and availability. 
• Each group learns a variety of pieces (classical and popular). The arrangements can be performed as a group or individually.
• Group lessons run every 6 weeks.

This course is designed to give students the opportunity to acquire ensemble experience in piano or keyboard and have a fun time playing music with others.  

Students are part of a variety of ensemble combinations. 

Repertory is selected to acquaint students with representative literature from different periods and musical genres.  

Ensemble groups are formed in two different ways: 

1. By age, skill, and level  

2. By family/friend groups who want to play music together. Different skill levels and instruments are combined depending on what each group desires and the selection of the music is done accordingly.
